Service Description
This is an updated version of the class. You're invited to see, feel, sense, or image holding your malas and repeating an affirmation 108 times. Affirmations will vary each week. They will address the energy of our 7 primary chakras and concepts like letting go, general healing, self-esteem, and more. You'll have a week to incorporate the affirmation into your spiritual practice (if you are divinely led to do so). The intention is to strengthen our internal conversation (our internal programming) for the purpose of healing our spiritual soil and bring forth the fruits of unconditional love. Whether you attend one session or multiple be assured you will receive guidance that supports incorporation of the experience into your living. Each session opens with a brief discussion, followed by a guided meditation using an affirmation and closes with a discussion regarding the experience and a specific way it might enhance daily living. Yes, you can experience the benefits of this class without a mala. What you need: -Mala -Pen & journal -Water/tea/beverage of choice -Comfortable space -Earbuds or headphones (optional) Class Flow: 1. Welcome and check-in 2. Affirm (108 times) 3. Release process 4.
