Why did you get so mad about it?

This title comes from one of my favorite songs,  "Don't You Get So Mad"  and is so on point. However, the question is asked to someone about their behavior/actions. How many times have you experienced an aurgument, upset, disagreement and you wondered about the “other person?” There’s value in understanding another person's experience and even greater value in understanding yourself in the midst of the experience.
